Transcripts
Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers requires a written request before a transcript can be mailed out. Phone requests will not be accepted. The request form may be hand delivered or mailed with the processing fee of $3.00 for each transcript.

Requests may be made in one of the following methods:
  • In person at 102 Cahners Hall or the Guidance office Room 44 Cahners
  • By mail to the address below:
